Initial Chat
A member of our head office team will give you a call to chat about your background, why you’re interested, and to share a bit more about us.

Schedule a Meeting – online or in person
We’ll arrange a meeting with a couple of our team members to learn more about you—your background, motivations, and management style.
They’ll also walk you through an FHAH info pack covering what it means to be a franchisee, how we operate, and key financial details. It’s a great chance to ask questions and see if we’re the right fit for each other.

Dive Deeper into the Financials
You’ll have a dedicated session with our Accounts Director to explore the different financial models and entry options available

Meet the Wider FHAH Network
You’ll get the chance to connect with our directors, current branch owners, and the wider head office team. It’s a great opportunity to hear real experiences, ask questions, and get a feel for the community you’d be joining.

Formal Offer and Contract
If everything aligns, you’ll receive a formal offer and contract to review and discuss directly with our directors. This step finalises the agreement and sets the foundation for your journey with FHAH.
